LANTANA-Health Officials from the Palm Beach County Health Department are clarifying an earlier release that stated the requested donation for a flu shot at its Lantana Clinic on Saturday, November 16, 2002 is $14.
The release should have read
the required fee for flu shots is $14. Medicare and Medicaid eligible persons, with their card, will be covered for this fee.
Flu shots will be given from 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM to walk-ins at the clinic site located a 1250 Southwinds Drive in
Lantana.
