within the community are
hosting a holiday party for
over 500 children with
special health care needs at
Children's Medical Services,
Saturday December 5, 2003
from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Scheduled to help these kids have a special day are the
Suncoast High School Choir,
Suncoast High School
Football Players and
Cheerleaders, a Disk Jockey,
clowns, face painters,
carnival type games and a
special visit from Santa
Claus himself, arriving in a
custom street rod courtesy
of the Asphalt Angels (call
it a modern day sleigh).
Girl Scouts from around the county have volunteered to
distribute clothing, toys,
gifts and great carnival
foods that have been donated
by MacArthur Dairy Farms,
Cysco Foods, Publix, Asphalt
Angels, Hollywood Medical,
Doctors' Medical Rental,
Tenet Health Systems and
area churches.
Children's Medical Services is located at 5101 Greenwood and
provides health care to
special needs children and
their families throughout
the State of Florida.
