Adult Immunization Coalition
are offering flu
vaccinations at the
following sites this week.

Thursday, November
10, 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM, Dwyer High
School, 13601 N.
Military Trail, Palm
Beach Gardens.

Saturday, November
12, 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM, Health
Department’s Delray
Beach Health Center,
225 S. Congress,
Delray Beach

Sunday, November 13,
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM,
First United
Methodist of Boca
Raton, 625 NE Mizner
Blvd., Boca Raton.
The cost per shot will be
$25 on a first come first
serve basis with priority
given to those meeting the
following criteria:
-
Persons 65 years and
older
-
Long-term care
patients
-
Persons aged 2-65
years with chronic
health conditions
-
Children 6-23 months
of age
-
Pregnant women
-
Household contacts
and out of home
caregivers of
children under 6
months
-
Health care workers
involved with direct
patient care.
