National Hunger and Homeless
Week the Palm Beach County
Health Department in
conjunction with the
Homeless Coalition is
sponsoring a Homeless Expo
Thursday, November 15 at the
West Palm Beach Health
Center, 1150 45th Street
from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Numerous organizations and service groups will be present
during the expo to answer
questions and assist
homeless and other
individuals with programs
available that can assist in
helping them obtain
services.
The Health Department has a federal grant which allows it to
provide primary care
services to the homeless and
the expo is a way to help
assist those in obtaining
the medical attention they
need.
The morning activities will conclude with a “Light the Way
Home” memorial service to
those who have died hungry
and homeless in Palm Beach
County.
The expo is open free to the public and information can be
