PALM BEACH COUNTY, FL—The
Palm Beach County Health
Department is pleased to
host a FREE Women's & Men's
Health Day on June 25, 2010
from 8:30 am until 4:00 pm
at the C. L. Brumback Health
Center at 38754 State Road
80 in Belle Glade.
“Invest in Your Health” is offered to men and women in Palm
Beach County and will
feature a variety of health
screenings and testing and
patrons will receive
information and referral
services from programs
within the Palm Beach County
Health Department, as well
as community partner
agencies. The event features
Bone Density Testing, HIV /
AIDS and STD screenings,
Blood Pressure and
Glucometer testing, Dental
Screenings, Nutrition Advice
and Financial Counseling for
Health Insurance. Plus tour
our new Marjorie Fisher
Tooth Fairy Dental Coach
which will offer Dental
Varnish treatments for kids
with a new toothbrush, floss
tool and toothpaste gift.
Participants are asked to call Salita Simon at (561) 996-1600
to schedule an appointment
for a women’s or men’s
health check-up and call
(561) 996-1636 appointments
for dental services.
Walk-ins are welcome for WIC services counseling and
screenings, subject to space
availability.
